Being A Christian in the United Methodist Church is an adventure. We learn through the Bible and our relationship with God and one another that each of us is a child of God. Some of us are not on the same level where others are, yet we are all seeking to be Christ-like daily. Therefore, our mode of worship is one that though structured is open to the creative power of God being seen and felt. Every service is one that touches the heart and stirs hope. Worship is an act of the people, so everyone is engaged at some level in the worship experience. This is the place where God sets us free from sin and showers us in his grace. If you are looking for a Church home, a place where you can be accepted for who you are in Christ - we may be the church for you. Jesus says.... "Pray to the Lord of the harvest, so he might send laborers into his harvest for the laborers are few." Yes, there is much work to be done! And Woodbine joyfully seeks to be a church busy for Christ. Come join us in the Kingdom of God.

It is my joy to work along side Pastor James Sewell.
The Reverend James Sewell is engaged as our Pastor of Visitation. He and Pastor Edmondson will be visiting and carrying Holy Communion to our shut-ins. Please inform one of them or the church office of persons in need of a visit.
Join us every Sunday for worship and Sunday School --
Worship at 9:00 followed by Sunday School at 10.
Due to the intense heat we are taking a summer break from Bible Study and other ministries.

We are located on Nolensville Pike between I-440 and Thompson Lane. More specifically between La Hacienda Restaurant and Ellis Funeral Home. Parking is behind the church. There is a driveway between Ellis and the Church that you can enter to access our parking lot behind the Church. Access is also available from Grandview Ave. behind the church.
